Is there a way to create a page within a collection?

We think of Collections like a file cabinet full of useful information (Cards), whereas Pages are like a bulletin board where that information is highlighted and moved around as needed. Users search for knowledge in Cards/Collections, and Pages are great for showing information that needs to be on their radar. 

It sounds like Pages could be a good solution to your use case. You could make a Page for new hires which highlights those Cards, videos, webinars, etc. all in one place. When setting the permissions for that Page, you’ll have the option of showing it only to the teammates you want to see it.

Thank you for your answer. I would like to clarify that we are using pages in this way, however, we have 6 distinct departments and their collections are very different. I was trying to find a way for the departments to have their own pages for their collections so that the list on the left sidebar wouldn’t be so extensive. As an admin, I see them all and there’s a lot there with more to come. I know the average user doesn’t see the list as I do, but was thinking if those pages showed up in their collection instead it would be less distracting.
